§ 1 Regulations
These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the general conditions for the sale of goods in an online store located on the www.woodtech.com.pl web platform offered for sale by:
Marcin Graczyk running a business under the name WOODTECH based in Jeziorany Wielkie, with the address: Jeziora Wielkie 21, 88-324 Jeziora Wielkie, NIP 557 163 10 09, e-mail address: meble.woodtech@gmail.com, and called hereinafter "Shop"
In the further part of the Regulations, a person intending to purchase a product in our online store and registered at www.woodtech.com.pl is called "Customer" or "User".
The purchase of goods in our online store may be made only by adults or by legal persons or organizational units without legal personality. In any case, please do not make purchases under the age of 18.
Before placing an order, the customer is obliged to read and accept these Regulations. Acceptance of the Regulations is a prerequisite for using the services of our online store and takes place in the course of completing the order form (on the course of the transaction in §4 of the Regulations).

§ 2 Protection of personal data

We would like to inform you that the personal data of the Customers of our Online Store are subject to processing only for the purpose of order fulfillment and are subject to protection in accordance with the mandatory provisions. We obtain user's personal data as a result of registration by the user on the online platform www.woodtech.com.pl Personal data is not shared with other companies for marketing purposes. We would like to inform you that every customer has the right to inspect their personal data stored by us and to change or update them. We would like to inform you that your personal data may be removed at any time from the www.woodtech.com.pl interne platform by deleting the user profile.


§ 3 Offered goods and price
All information regarding the products offered by our Store via www.woodtech.com.pl does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, and is only a presentation of products offered by our Store. In the case of purchase of a specific product, the Customer will receive information about the offered goods, including its name, the name of the producer or importer, conformity mark, annotation of admission to trading in the Republic of Poland and, depending on the type of goods, determination of its energy consumption, as well as other data if they are required by law. All prices quoted in the online store are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and these are the prices including the applicable VAT rate.

§ 4 The course of the transaction

In order to purchase a specific product in our online store, the user registers on the www.woodtech.com.pl platform, then sends a purchase form via the www.woodtech.com.pl platform. Sending the purchase form is tantamount to acceptance of the terms of sale, including these Regulations.
In the event of providing false, incomplete or incorrect data - we will try to contact the customer in order to supplement or correct it. If contact is not possible, we will withdraw from the sales contract.
The store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale transaction if the goods are not available from the supplier. The funds paid by the Customer will be immediately returned to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
The customer can enter the correction to his order until the store sends out the order confirmation to the customer. The customer may also withdraw his order before it is confirmed by the store. In the case of a paid order, the shop returns the money paid immediately, no later than within 30 days.
Once the online store confirms the acceptance of the order (which will take place in the form of sending you electronic information), a sales contract is concluded between the Store and the User.
After sending the purchase order, the user makes the payment for the goods in one of the methods chosen by them. Immediately after paying the price or posting the payment on our account (if you choose the PayPal system or bank transfer, respectively), we send you the selected product. If the customer selects the payment method by delivery of the goods at the price, we send the shipment immediately after accepting the customer's order.
Goods ordered in our online store are delivered via Poczta Polska and courier companies. The shipping basket depends on the total weight of the ordered goods and is given when placing the order.
A VAT invoice is issued with the goods. In the absence of this document, please report this fact to make up for the lack. After receiving the parcel, the customer should carefully check the package and the goods received and inform us immediately about any defects.

During the sale transaction, you can communicate with the store. At the same time, we declare that we will inform you about all important stages of the transaction that occurred on our side (accepting the order to be processed, entering the payment, sending the goods).

§ 5 Forms of payment for goods

The following forms of payment are possible, and the form is chosen by the client:

i) bank transfer (prepayment);

ii) via PayPal and Przelewy24;

iii) cash on delivery, upon delivery of the parcel with the goods.



§ 6 Return of the goods and cancellation of the transaction


Consumer (a customer who is a natural person purchasing goods for their own use, for purposes not related to their business or professional activity) who has concluded a contract away from business premises or remotely, may withdraw from it in accordance with applicable regulations by submitting a relevant written statement in within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods.
Return form should be sent by registered mail or attached to the package with the returned goods. The date of the postmark is decisive for the 14-day period.
Returned goods can not bear signs of use over the ordinary thing that results from ordinary management activities. The returned goods must be complete and, if possible, packed in the original packaging.
Returning the goods to the Store should take place immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the sales agreement (ie from the date of giving the statement of withdrawal)
After the Shop receives a statement of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer will be refunded immediately, no later than within 14 days, the amount being the value of the returned goods and the cost of delivery to the customer if the customer has paid it. The costs of returning the goods to the Store shall be borne by the Customer

§ 7 Complaint procedure

If the Customer finds a defect of the purchased goods, the Customer, in accordance with the Act of 27 July 2002 on special terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item 1176), has the right to demand goods to the state consistent with the contract by free repair or exchange for a new one, unless repair or replacement are impossible or require excessive costs.
The store is responsible for the inconsistency of the goods with the contract only in the event of its discovery before the expiration of two years from the delivery of the goods to the customer and notification of the store by the customer about the finding of a defect within two months of its detection.
In the case of finding a defect of goods purchased in the store, the customer is obliged to report this store to the e-mail address apeiron.pl@gmail.com. In the application, the customer should accurately describe the defect, provide the date of purchase and specify his request. The customer will receive information in return response regarding sending the faulty product to the Store. Differences resulting from individual client computer settings (proportions, color, etc.) can not be the basis for complaints.
The cost of shipping the advertised goods is borne by the customer. The costs related to the return of the goods advertised, the Store returns immediately after receiving the parcel and acknowledging the complaint as justified.
The shop will respond to the Customer's request within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint. Failure to respond to the Customer's request within the above-mentioned period means that his request is considered justified. If the complaint is accepted, the defective product will be exchanged for another, wholesome, and if it is impossible (for example due to exhaustion), the Store will return the equivalent of the product price to the customer or offer other goods available in the store to choose from.
When the fulfillment of customer requests involves the delivery of a new or repaired goods, all delivery costs are borne by the store.

§ 8 Final provisions

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of 27 July 2002 on special terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code, and the Act of March 2, 2000 (Journal of Laws 2012 on the protection of certain consumer rights) shall apply. and about liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws 2012, No. 1225).
The store reserves the right to change these Regulations for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law (in particular tax law), changes in relations with suppliers or manufacturers, and technological changes. Each change of the Regulations will be published at least 30 days in advance and will be binding only for orders placed after the date of entry into force of the new version of the Regulations.
